Designed for viticulture and horticulture applications, this 200L linkage-mounted airblast sprayer is built to deliver reliable, consistent coverage across vineyards and orchards with a minimum PTO requirement of 25HP.
At the heart of the sprayer is a Silvan oil-backed diaphragm pump (APS71) featuring nitrile diaphragms and a corrosion resistant, cast anodised aluminium body. With a flow rate of 67L/min and a maximum operating pressure of 5,000kPa, it provides the power and durability needed for demanding spray applications.
The axial flow fan features 8 curved, nylon reinforced blades within a galvanised cowling fitted with a protective mesh cover. At 600mm in diameter, it generates strong, consistent airflow to carry spray droplets deep into the canopy for thorough penetration and coverage.
The flip-over nozzle system allows the operator to switch quickly between dilute and concentrate spraying modes. Ten ceramic jets with stainless steel swirl-plates — five per side — are fitted with a convenient twist on/off mechanism, making nozzle management fast and straightforward in the field.
